MELIOR is a trading company focused on electric power transmission and distribution components. Before its establishment, we were a manufacturer that specializes in pole line hardware. To meet our customers’ needs, we sometimes needed to outsource some part of our production. That was the time we started experiencing the good and, of course, the bad about outsourcing.
To find capable and reliable manufacturers is not rocket science, but it does require years of experience. At Melior, we invest considerable time and effort traveling a lot to visit every one of the manufacturers we found. In this way, we can understand their capability better, and more importantly, meet the people behind the machines.
The result of our old-fashioned hard work is a list of the products made by the manufacturers we carefully select. And we do not just stop here because we fully understand we still have a long way to go from good to great. Even by going through every simple detail, we strive for any improvement every single day to make sure our customers can count on us today and tomorrow.
